Applications are invited for recruitment of the following posts on nomination / deputation basis on the establishment of the MERC:

• Executive Director: 1 (One) (Unreserved Category)
• Pay Scale:-Rs.37,400-67,000, GP-Rs.10,000. In addition DA, HRA and other allowances as per Govt. of Maharashtra Pay Rules are applicable. (Total Monthly Gross Salary would be around Rs.97,830/-)
• Age Limit (as on 15.06.2011):- Maximum age limit of the candidate should not be more than 50 years. Not applicable in case of Deputationist.
• Director (Administration and Finance): 1 (One) (Unreserved Category)
• Pay Scale:- Rs.37,400-67,000, GP-Rs.8,900. In addition DA, HRA and other allowances as per Govt. of Maharashtra Pay Rules are applicable. (Total Monthly Gross Salary Rs.90,771/-)
• Age Limit (as on 15.06.2011):- Maximum age limit of the candidates should not be more than 45 years. Not applicable in case of Deputationist.
• Director (Electrical Engineering): 1 (One) (Reserved for SC Category)
• Pay Scale:-Rs.37,400-67,000, GP-Rs.8,900. In addition DA, HRA and other allowances as per Govt. of Maharashtra Pay Rules are applicable. (Total Monthly Gross Salary Rs.90,771/-)
• Age Limit (as on 15.06.2011):- Maximum age limit of the candidates should not be more than 45 years. Not applicable in case of Deputationist.
• Director (Tariff): 1 (One) (Reserved for SC Category)
• Pay Scale:-Rs.37,400-67,000, GP-Rs.8,900. In addition DA, HRA and other allowances as per Govt. of Maharashtra Pay Rules are applicable. (Total Monthly Gross Salary Rs.90,771/-)
• Age Limit (as on 15.06.2011):- Maximum age limit of the candidates should not be more than 45 years. Not applicable in case of Deputationist.
• Director (Legal): 1 (One) (Unreserved Category)
• Pay Scale:-Rs.37,400-67,000, GP-Rs.8,900. In addition DA, HRA and other allowances as per Govt. of Maharashtra Pay Rules are applicable. (Total Monthly Gross Salary Rs.90,771/-) For candidates opting for deputation their last salary will be protected. In addition, deputation allowance as per prevailing Government of Maharashtra Rules will be applicable.

• Deputy Director (Administration & Finance): 4 (Four) (2 Unreserved, 1 SC, 1 ST)
• Pay Scale:- Rs.15,600-39,100, GP-Rs.7,600. In addition DA, HRA and other allowances as per Govt. of Maharashtra Pay Rules are applicable. (Total Monthly Gross Salary Rs.55,295/-)
• Age Limit (as on 15.06.2011):- Maximum age limit of the candidates should not more than 40 years. Not applicable in case of Deputationist.
• Deputy Director (Technical): 8 (Eight) (4 Unreserved (1 Women), 1 SC, 1 ST, 1 VJ (A) / NT (B) / NT (C) / NT (D), 1 OBC)
• Pay Scale:- Rs.15,600-39,100, GP-Rs.7,600. In addition DA, HRA and other allowances as per Govt. of Maharashtra Pay Rules are applicable. (Total Monthly Gross Salary Rs.55,295/-)
• Age Limit (as on 15.06.2011):- Maximum age limit of the candidates should not more than 40 years. Not applicable in case of Deputationist.
• Deputy Director (Legal): 4 (Four) (2 Unreserved, 1 SC, 1 ST)
