1. Professor  : 21 posts, Pay Scale : Rs.37400-67000 AGP Rs.10000/-
2. Associate Professor : 34 posts, Pay Scale : Rs.37400-67000 AGP Rs.9000/-
3. Assistant Professor  : 52 posts (UR-25, SC-7, ST-4, OBC-16), Pay Scale : Rs.15600-39100 AGP Rs. 6000/ 7000/  8000/- 
4. Registrar : 01 post, Pay Scale : Rs.37400-67000 AGP Rs.10000/-

Application Fee : Rs. 400/- (Rs. 200/- for SC/ST candidates) in the form of Crossed Demand Draft drawn in favour of “The Director, National Institute of Technology, Warangal” payable at the State Bank of Hyderabad, NIT Branch, Warangal – 506004 or any Nationalized Bank payable at Warangal.
