   Experience: Minimum of 4 -5 years of Information Technology experience.

2. CRM Process Specialist (AVP)
   Requirements:
   • MBA/ MCA/ Bachelors degree in Computer Science/ B.Tech. or equivalent experience.
   • Strong team player – collaborates well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various source.
   • Demonstrated customer focus – evaluates decisions through the eyes of the customer; builds strong customer relationships and creates processes with customer viewpoint.
     Location: Gurgaon
3. Manager / Assistant Manager – Trade Operations
   Requirements:
   • First-attempt CA or an MBA from a premier business school, with at least two years of post-qualification work experience. At least 12 months of work experience must be in either:
   • Back office in investment banking operations.
   • Banking operations in treasury.
