District Magistrate Pranjal Yadav, the man who said no to BJP candidate Narendra Modi's rally in Varanasi, sparking off wide spread protests, told NDTV that he feels vindicated after a peaceful election. Speaking for the first time on the controversy, he told NDTV that his decision was based solely on intelligence reports and he never felt any pressure.
