Congress leader DL Ravindra reddy resigns as minister by taking sole responsibility of by poll results. He sent his resignation letter to Congress President Sonia Gandhi. Later, demanded that cabinet have to take responsibility for losing in by polls. 'Ministers who acted as constituency in charges should also resign' he added.
