Air india has started a new facility to the national air passengers. With this new service customers can book tickets from their mobile phone. Users have to download ngpay software into their mobile. “ Customer’s can download this software from GPRS enabled device’s., This service also has an android application with which users can book their tickets from their mobiles” an Air india official said. Ngpay only acts as a service provider. Users have to pay from credit, debit card and net banking. This service is very useful where customer’s doesn’t have internet facility in some cities.
