RCF Ltd is a leading profit making public sector undertaking engaged in the field of manufacturing and marketing various fertilizers and industrial chemicals. RCFL needs Management Trainees (Marketing) :
  • Management Trainees (Marketing) : 24 posts, Age as on 01/12/2011 : 27 years, 
Stipend and Pay Scale : Selected candidates will be undergoing training for one year and will be offered a lumpsum stipend of Rs.23000/- per month. After successful completion of training they will be absorbed in the scale of pay of Rs.16400-40500/-.
Application Fee : General & OBC candidates are required to pay a application processing fee of Rs. 500/-- by a Demand Draft in favour of Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited.   • Management Trainee(MT): 31 Posts in the following disciplines: 
    • Electrical: 23 Posts
      • Qualification: Degree in Electrical Engineering/ Electrical & Electronic Engineering with at least 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized University/Institution or passing of section-A&B of IE(India) in relevant discipline with minimum 50% marks in aggregate. For SC/ST candidates, the minimum percentage of marks required is 50%. 
      • Age: 21(twenty one) years and below 32 (thirty two) years of age as on 01.04.2011. 
    • Finance: 08 Posts

      • Qualification: Diploma in Electrical Engineering/ Electrical & Electronic Engineering with at least 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized University/ Institution/ State Council of Technical Education. For SC/ST candidates, the minimum percentage of marks required is 50%. 
      • Age: 21(twenty one) years and below 32 (thirty two) years of age as on 01.04.2011. 
    • Civil: 01 Post
      • Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering from recognized with a minimum of 60 % marks in aggregate from a recognized University/Institution/State Council of Technical Education . For SC/ST candidates, the minimum percentage of marks required is 50%. 
      • Age: 21(twenty one) years and below 32 (thirty two) years of age as on 01.04.2011.
