Allari is Pricey Than Gopichand

Business potential of Gopichand is proved in the past with standard mass action blockbusters. In fact, he is proved as a hero of masses with films like ‘Lakshyam, Sourayam’ etc. But these days, bad fortunes are hunting and director Chandrasekhar Yeleti could be the man to rescue Gopichand with ‘Sahasam’ slated for release in first week of July.

As of now we hear on ‘Sahasam’ satellite rights picked by MAA TV for whopping price of Rs.3 Crores. Again, it was yesterday we are reported about ZEE Telugu bagged the satellite rights of ‘Action 3D’ from allari naresh for a price higher than that of ‘Sahasam.’ Yes, we came to know that the 3D film is sold for Rs.3.5 Crores of satellite rate. So, in this way we can infer that allari naresh is pricey than Gopichand.

These days mere presence of brahmanandam is must for Telugu movie lovers to bear even boring movies for a while. In fact, Brahmi will also help producers to bag fancy satellite prices because of his immense following. Last few years, his importance has grown tremendously and writers are penning exclusive comedy tracks with Brahmi in their visualization. One such film which released today is ‘Something Something’ with Siddharth and Hansika in lead roles, directed by Sundar C.

Though a dubbed version, they have re-shot many scenes involved on Sid, Hansika and Brahmi for a good reason. As of the reports are strong and brahmanandam has ran away with due credits. In fact, audience remembered only Brahmi and nothing else once they take the exit door from theatre. Same seems to be the result in Tamil as Santhanam who reprised Brahmi provided a blockbuster result. So, after Pilli Padmanabha Simha in 'Baadshah,' the role of Prem Ji in 'Something Something' is most hilarious for Brahmi.

Pawan Kalyan and Samantha are working together with Trivikram Srinivas for ‘Attarintiki Dharedhi’, as we all know. But now it said that Pawan is so impressed with Samantha that he is going to finalize Samantha as a lead in his upcoming film ‘Gabbar Singh’. Sarath Marar who is producing ‘Gabbar Singh’ says that he is considering Samantha as the lead opposite PK as their pair is getting good response from the audience. Sampath Nandi is directing this film.

‘Yevadu’ – A Big Headache!

Yevadu’is an upcoming film written and directed by Vamsi Paidipally. The film stars Ram Charan Teja, Shruti Haasan and Amy Jackson in lead roles. Allu Arjun and Kajal Aggarwal will be seen in a 15 min in the film, which the director claims is a key portion in the script. Music has been composed by Devi Sri Prasad. Dil Raju is producing the film. Shooting almost got completed except a few scenes. May be by the end of this month the shooting will be completed. The film is going to be released on July 25th and this is official now.

But this news is giving so much tension for so many people in the industry which includes directors, actors and especially producers because they have their movies releasing some time near ‘Yevadu’s release. Some of the releases also includes big movies like ‘ ‘Balupu’, ‘Sahasam’ and also some small budget movies. These people can’t even postpone the dates because they have already made it official and everythig is ready. So the release date of ‘Yevadu’ is a big headache to producers. Now the producers are in dilemma as what to do.

It’s okay guys, don’t worry when telugu audience are there.

Ravi Teja's Balupu Releasing in May

The Ravi teja starrer "Balupu" movie shooting is in the final stage. Makers are planning to release this movie in May last week. Audio release event will be conducted in Vijayawada in May first week. Fresh Twist in Actress Anjali's Missing Case!

It has stirred doubts among police when Ravishankar filed a missing case yesterday in Jubilee hills PS.  today he requested to withdraw the case claiming that Anjali is safe. Siddharth and Hansika off to Japan for "Something Something"

The Siddharth and Hansika Starrer "Something Something" Team unit went to Japan for the filming of Movie songs. Khushbu is the producer of this film and her husband Sundar C is the director. Lakshmi Ganapathi films planning to release this movie in Andhra pradesh. "On this night, I fly to Japan, the land of the rising sun. Nice coincidence! First time. Excited:)" tweeted siddharth when he was about to leave India for the movie shoot.Team unit may film the songs in Toyama Locations. Brahmanandam doing comedian role in Telugu while Santhanam doing the same character in Tamil. Tamil film titled as "Theeya Velai Seiyyanum Kumaru ". Makers has decided to release the movie in May.

Arya and Hansika's "Crazy" releasing on April 11

The remake versions of Bollywood "Delhi Belly"  are titled as "Crazy" in Telugu and "Settai" in Tamil. The Telugu version "Crazy" will be released on April 11 in AP. Arya is hero and Hansika, Anjali are Heroines. UTV Motion pictures is the producer and Kannan is the director. The makers made some changes accordingly to the Local flavor. Nobody Scared of 'Baadshah'!

Looks like no hero is scared of Young Tiger Jr.NTR's 'Baadshah'. It is a common practice that there will be a minimum of two weeks gap between two big releases of tollywood. However, in the month of April, we are going to witness a shower of releases though Jr.NTR's 'Baadshah' release has been confirmed as 5th of April. 

A week later the release of 'Baadshah', on 11th April, Victory Venkatesh's 'Shadow' is gearing up for release. On 19th April, King Nagarjuna's 'Greeku Veerudu' is getting released. On the same day, young hero Nitin's 'Gunde Jaari Gallanthayyinde' is planned for release. If the reports from inside sources are to be believed, Allu Sirish's debut film is slated for  release on 21st of April. Finally, it is understood that 'Baadshah' will be having more number of theaters in the first week of its release only. Thereafter, drastic fall of the number of theaters of 'Baadshah' might be happened.

Bad Boy Telugu Movie Review

Eight months after the release of Sakuni, Tamil actor Karthi has made his comeback to Tollywood. He might have failed to impress Tamil audience with Alex Pandian, but its Telugu version Bad Boy will definitely rock the film goers in Andhra Pradesh. This movie does not have a solid story, but its masala elements and rich production values are its biggest strengths. Bad Boy is a action masala flick and Karthi's electrifying performance is the main centre of attraction in the film.

 Devi Sri Prasad's music, Sarvanan's photography, amazing stunts and chasing scenes, good narration and dialogues, Santhanam's comedy, Anushka Shetty's glamour, beautiful art, costumes and locations are the other highlights of the movie. Its biggest drawbacks are tried-and-tested story and predictable plot. As it is said earlier, Bad Body does not have a new story. 

Director Suraj has picked up an old story of 1980s, which glorified the heroism of a lead star. Using the latest technology, he has created a good entertainer. His narration is fast and engaging and he has a good tempo. The movie begins with an amazing train chase sequence followed by Karthi's high-octane action sequence. Then comes comedian Santhanam to tickle your funny bones. 

The first half is racy and is a joy ride and you may not able to make out the story till the end. But the twist before the interval make you scratch your head. The second half is also interesting with lot of romance and action, but it is predictable.

Krishnam Vande Jagadgurum Release date

The shooting of Daggubati Rana’s upcoming movie Krishnu Vande Jagadgurum is complete and the movie is currently in post production phase. The makers are planning to release the movie on November 9th on the occasion of Diwali. The trailers of the movie have created enough curiosity on the movie.

Samantha with Pawan Kalyan

Jr NTR 'Baadshah' New Release Date

Jr NTR’s next film 'Badshah' which is touted to be a mass action comedy entertainer has got new release date. It is going to hit the screens on March 28th 2013 to en-cash the holiday season of Summer. Currently the movie shooting is progressing in Hyderabad.

The Producer of the film Ganesh Babu has announced the new release date and also said that the film will be released in record number of screens. Earlier it was planned to release in January 2013 and then postponed to March and Now fixed it on March 28th.

The film is directed by Srinu Vaitla and produced by Bandla Ganesh on Parameswara Arts banner. Kajal Agrawal is playing leading lady in this film. Thaman is the music composer.

Brahmanandam's son Gautham weds Jyothsna

Veteran comedian Brahmanandam's son Raja Goutham married his girlfriend Jyothsna, daughter of cinematographer Srinivas Reddy, in a star-studded wedding ceremony held at 7.30 PM at the HICC in Hyderabad on the auspicious day of Dussehra on October 24.

The wedding ceremony was a grand event, attended by several Tollywood superstars and politicians. Gautham, who debuted as an actor with Pallaki Lo Pelli Koothuru, was in love with Jyothsna Reddy from a few years. Both families gave green signal to take their relationship recently.

Chiranjeevi launches Allu Arjun's Race Gurram

Allu Arjun's another new film Race Gurram was launched on October 24, just a week after the launch of Stylish star and Puri Jagannath's combo movie Iddarammayilatho. The opening of muhurtam of the film was held at the Ramanidu Studios in Hyderabad, this Wednesday morning. Megastar Chiranjeevi sounded the clap for opening shot of this much-talked about movie.

The opening of the movie Race Gurram was a grand event and several big Tollywood celebrities like producers D Ramanidu and Allu Aravind, actors Rana Daggupati, Nagababu, Chalapati Rao and Brahmaji, directors VV Vinayak and K Raghavendra Rao, writer Kona Venkat were present at the function.
However, Allu Arjun had promised to do a movie with director Surender Reddy long back, but he could not do it due to his other commitments. Now, Surender is all set to direct Allu Arjun in Race Gurram. S Thaman will compose music, while cinematographer Manoj Paramahamsa cranks camera for the movie, which will be produced by Nallamalupu Srinivas Bujji under Lakshmi Narsimha Productions.
