Job Location: Noida/Chennai
Job Description: Responsible for giving Technical support to International customers over the Phone.
Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any Stream, Undergraduate are also welcome, Should be comfortable working in night shifts i.e. 24x7x365 environment
Skills Required: Strong oral and written communication skills which includes (Fluency & Coherence, Grammatical ability,
- Pronunciation and Accent, Interactive Communication, Lexical Resource)
- Basic Desktop and computer knowledge.
- Understanding of ISP/Networking concepts
- Possess good organizational and time management skills
- Display strong initiative in resolving issues of customers
- Exhibit strong teamwork

1 year experience in any international BPO would be an added advantage

Job Responsibilities:
- Should be able to Meet minimum login hours
- Meeting SLA on time
- Keeping AHT under control
- Attendance should be above 96%
- Should not take any unsched leave
Compensation:
· CTC is 1.64L during the training which will be 2-3 months.
· Post the training additional 15K to 37K will get added to CTC depending upon the project they gets deployed.
· But this increased amount gets paid after 6 months accumulated.
· So ideally first 6 months the salary will be 1.64L.
