KSD Appalraju releasing with 300 prints tomorrow

Controversial director Ram Gopal Varma's straight ahead movie in telugu after a long gap is coming up with huge expectations. Katha Screenplay Darsakathvam: Appalraju is going to be released on tomorrow world-wide. The movie is going to be released in more than 300 screens and is competing with Gautham Menon’s Erra Gulabilu releasing on the same day. KSD Appalraju is being produced by Kiran Kumar Koneru on Shreya Productions banner. Sunil, Swathi, Sakshi Gulati, Brahmanandam are playing the main roles in the film. Sudhakar Yakkanti has handled the cinematography and  Koti has scored the music for the film .

Shakti ready to test its potential in Tamilnadu

It is known that Jr. NTR's  Shakti is all set to release on March 31. Meher Ramesh is directing this movie on Vyjayanthi movies banner. This movie stands as highest budgeted film ever in Telugu film history. Producer Aswini Dutt is planning to release Shakti in Tamil targetting tamil audience too. Shakti makers believe that it has universal appeal and would definitely attract Tamil audience too. Ileana is playing the female lead in this film. Bejawada Rowdilu on sets from March

Ram Gopal Varma’s next film Bejawada Rowdilu will start rolling its camera from 21^st March. Varma will glass-case the backdrop of Vijaywada rowdyism and politics in the movie and this time he has chose Naga Chaitanya for the lead role.

However, Varma did not reveal any further details of Bejawada Rowdilu except a song which was released a couple of months back. Presently, RGV is busy with the post-production works of his zero budget film Dongala Mutha which is gearing up for its release in the month of March.

Dongala Muta concludes shooting part

The five day shooting schedule of RGV’s experimental film Dongala Muta has been completed. The shooting part was launched on Feb 9th and concluded on Feb 13th. The shooting was conducted every day from 9 am to 6 pm duly and only in out door day light with out using lights set up. Around four to six multi-angle hand held digital cameras were used. Ram Gopal Varma was assisted in the direction department by Puri Jagannath who invested in the initial cost of production along with RGV. The another feature is that the the entire cast and crew were not paid any remuneration and will share the profits according to a weightage method in profits obtained.

Dongala Muta which is scheduled for release in the second week of March has Ravi Teja, Charmi, Prakash Raj, Laxmi Manchu, Brahmanandam, Subbaraju, Brahmaji, Supreet, Sunil, Venumadhav and Ali as part of the cast.

Prema Kavali releasing on 25th February

Aadi, son of Dialogue King and actor turned to TV host Saikumar is ready to debut in Tollywood with his first movie Prema Kavali on 25th February. Though this youthful love entertainer was supposed to release on the eve of Valentine’s Day, it was postponed and now, slated for a release on 25th February. Prema Kavali was directed by K Vijayabhaskar and produced by K Achi Reddy on the banner of Max India Productions This film casts a debutant Isha Chawla in the female lead and Dev Gill in the negative lead role. Music for this film was composed by Anoop Rubens and Chota K Naidu handled the cinematography.

Dongala Mutha - Five day Shooting launched

Controversial director Ram Gopal Varma’s null cost experimental directorial Dongala Mutha shooting started yesterday at Hyderabad. As said earlier the entire shooting of the film will be wrapped up with in 5days. The movie is scheduled for its release in the early March and to meet this deadline, RGV planning to complete the post-production works at the earliest possible.Ravi Teja, Prakash Raj, Charmi, Lakshmi Manchu, Supreet, Brahmanandam and Brahmaji are casting in the film. Dongala Mutha has 5 technicians including director Varma while Puri Jagnnadh and Harish Shankar are the co-directors of the film. Shakti records 365 days shooting

Vastadu Naa Raju bags 'U certificate'

Manchu Vishnu’s Vastadu Naa Raju directed by debutant director Hemant Madhuka gotclean  U certification  from Censor Board. The movie is slated for release on 11th Feb.
Taapsee who had debuted with Manchu Manoj is pairing opposite Vishnu. It is produced by Manchu Vishnu under his own producton banner 24 Frames Factory.
Vastaadu Naa Raju earlier slated for release on feb 4th but went back with Jai bholo Telangana. By releasing on 11th feb it will now fight with Nagarjuna’s Gaganam.

Siddharth & Dil Raju's project to launch tommorow

Hero Siddharth’s new film with producer Dil Raju, which is their second movie combination after family entertainer Bommarillu is all set to see its launch tomorrow. The movie will be launched with a Pooja ceremony tomorrow while the regular shoot of the film commences from 21st February. Venu Sreeram will direct this project and it is his debut directorial in Tollywood. Siddarth ruled out the rumors that this film is titled O MY Friend and he stated that tittle of tis movie is yet to be decided.

Gaganam certified 'U' by Censor Board

Nagarjuna starrer Gaganam has bagged clean U certificate from the censor board. It completed its censor formalities today. Gaganam was directed by Radha Mohan and produced by Dil Raju. This movie is gearing up for its release on 11th February. The producer is planning to organize special shows of Gaganam in state wide on a day prior its release at major cities Hyderabad, Vizag, Rajahmundry and Vijayawada. The storyline of the film is based on the hijacking of an Indian Airlines Plane to Kandhahar in December 1999. Nagarjuna plays the role of commando in this movie. Other important characters of the film includes Brahmanandam, Poonam Kaur, Sana Khan, Harshavardhan,etc..,
