• Qualification & Experience: Consistently good academic career with First class M.Sc(Tech)/M.Tech. in Optics/Photonics from a recognised University/institution. Minimum of one (or more) year of research experience in any of the leading national laboratories in India is essential. Candidate should be experienced in working in ultra-clean laboratories, test and calibration of optical components and integration of space payloads. Working knowledge of optical design software packages such as ZEMAX etc. is essential.
• ENGINEER – B (MECHANICAL): 01 Post 
• Scale of Pay Band and Grade Pay: PB 3 Rs.15600-39100 and Grade Pay Rs.5400/-.
• Age: Below 30 years
• Qualification & Experience: Consistently good academic career with First Class B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from a recognised university/institution. Minimum of one year (or more) experience as Engineer Trainee or Technical/Engineer Associate in any of the leading national laboratories. Candidates should have the domain experience in designing space-payloads for science missions. Hands on experience in building finite element modeling, solving and post processing and report generation is necessary. Proficiency in AutoCAD®, Solid Edge®, Autodesk Inventor®, MSC Visual Nastran, Hyper Works etc. is essential.
