The splendid Innings of Yousuf Pathan made India to clear the 4th Odi in a row of 5 Odi series between India and New Zealand. Fourth One day international was held at M.Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bengaluru. Even the rain interrupted the play for a mean while at 4 wickets, the thunder struck later in the form of Yousuf who firmly restricted the NZ bowlers and made the massive target look simpler with his wild sixes. He brought India to the victory with his 123(96) with partnership of Sourabh Tiwary. Thus India won the Odi with 5 wickets remaining in hand.

One more heroine for 'Kandireega'

Hero Ram's Kandireega under the directijon of santosh shivan has already two herones in its list. Now one more heroine is going to be added on to the list as per requirement of the story and she would be third in number. Nisha Agarwal, sister of Kajal Agarwal, who made her debut in Emaindi Eevela has been signed up to play the third female role in the film Kandireega and the other heroines are Hansika Motwani and Colours Swathi. All would share heroine role with Ram. Producer for this movie is Bellamkonda Suresh and will be filmed under Sri Sai Ganesh Productions banner.

'Kodipunju' shooting launched

A movie titled Kodipunju was launched at Ramanaidu Studios,Hyd. The director for the movie is B.V.V Chowdary and it is produced by D.S Rao. The first shot was clapped by famous producer Bellam konda Suresh. Coming to the lead pair roles i.e Tanish as hero and Anchal as heroine. The film is said to be a family and action oriented movie.
Tanish will be seen in a new look as a lover boy character while veteran actress Roja plays Tanish’s mother. Roja Selvamani is playing an important role as Daggubati Seetha Ratnam.
The other cast are Satya Prakash, Siva Krishna, M.S. Narayana, Raghu Babu, Rallapalli, Siva Prasad, Rajya Lakshmi, Adithya Menon and Dhanraj.

Salman Khan to act with Priyanka Chopra

Earlier Prem Raj Soni did a movie with same pair titled  Main Aur Mrs. Khanna i.e with Salman Khan and Kareena Kapoor . The same pair (Salman Khan and Priyanka Chopra) will play the lead roles in Prem Raj Soni’s upcoming film titled 'I Am Hariprasad'.
The director quoted thst I Am Hariprasad is not a love story entirely but it has lot of humour & drama included.The film will be co-produced by a big production house and will go on floors in the middle of next year. As of now Priyanka is busy with her shooting schedule which may be the reason for the further delay to go on steps.

“Ranga the Donga” gets A certification

After completion of shooting part Hero Srikanth's 'Ranga the donga' directed by GV.Sudhakar the film reel was sent to Censor board for permission to display their movie in cinema theatres. It has completed its censor formalities today (December 3rd) at FDC Preview Theatre in Hyderabad and the film has awarded with “A” certificate. The film is getting ready to release on December 10th. Srikanth will be seen playing a naughty thief and a scary factionist in this movie. Ramya Krishna and Charmi are acting in this film. Producers are director(GV) and C.Manohar under the joint banner of Golden Lions Films and God Father Films. Music director Chakri has composed the music.

Siddharth and Dil Raju combo again

'Bommarillu' a movie that gave superhit to hero Siddharth and boost to producer Dil Raju was well received by audience and remained as one of the best movies in tollywood. Now this duo is back again with the new film titled “O My Friend”.
Producer Dil Raju who introduced Bhaskar as a director to Tollywood is now introducing another new director(Venu Sriram) who has been working in Dil Raju productions for a long time.  Siddharth's previous release Bava didn't fetch expeceted result,  hence his struggle for hit continues,,..At present he is busy in P Jeyandran's bilingual movie 180. Ashutosh Gowarikar's movie gets U/A certificate

One of the movies in the bollywood in the list of release dates nearby i.e ' Khelein Hum Jee Jaan Sey ' has been in the news again , the film is in the spotlight this time for its certification. This Ashutosh gowarikar's film has been given a U/A certificate by censor board. The board claimed the justification for the same being that the violence in the film is towards children and therefore parental guidance is compulsory while watching the movie.
This movie is based on the Chittagong revolt against Britishers, it had a lot of kids who fought in it, most of them were minors. Therefore the film shows a lot of young actors in violent situations Says Sunita Gowarikar, "The film has a lot of children who will die for the cause of freedom in battle field . This is the cause for Censor Board to opine that kids must be accompanied with parents who can explain the relevance and context to them. " When asked if she is happy with the Censor Board's decision, she said, "I am myself a mother of two kids and I completely understand the Censor Board's stance."

RGV reveals his Autobiography

At a function organised at Taj Banjara hotel, hyderabad the Autobiography of controversial director Ram gopal varma was released. It was attended by MP Lagadapati RajGopal,MLA Jayasudha, RGV's mother (probably the first time RGV’s mother was seen in a public function), Krishna Vamsi, Ravi Teja, Sunil and others. The Autography titled 'Na Ishtam' was unveiled by Lagadapati RajGopal and the first copy was distributed to RGV's mother.
This book was published and distributed by Emesco Publications. The book consists of RGV’s thoughts, feelings on films and answers to questions posed by viewers. The book also includes some working stills from his films and some press cuttings of gossips about him. Yet the controversial man proved his identity here also by stating that " I dedicate this book to myself".

Brindavanam marks 50 days completion

Jr. NTR's recent family entertainer Brindavanam which was directed by Vamsi Paidipalli and produced by Dil Raju, Sireesh and Lakshman under the banner of Sri Venkateswara Creations had completed its 50 days of successfull completion in 158 centres by December 2nd. Producer Dil Raju said: "Jr. NTR still looks handsome and fresh in the film. Vamsi’s direction was remarkable. Our wish to make a succesful film with Jr. NTR had come true. 'On this ocassion I would like to thank the audience for making the film a big success' said Dil Raju. I would also like to express my gratitude to Jr. NTR. I feel so happy that the film is going to be in the top three movies of 2010. "The 50 days celebration function will be a organised shortly" said director Vamshi.

Ileana to make a debut in Bollywood

Ileana, a famous south indian actress now extends her scope to bollywood also. The spicy heroine is deliberately following the foot steps of Asin, Genelia and Trisha. She will be working with the director Anurag Basu for the hindi film titled 'Burfi'. She is currently busy in shooting for Rana’s Nenu Naa Rakshasi and NTR’s Shakti. She has also bagged the heroine role in Tamil-Telugu remakes of Bollywood super hit film 3 Idiots( Ileana reportedly paid huge remuneration for this movie directed by Shankar).
Ileana will make her Bollywood debut as second heroine role with Ranbir Kapoor for the movie Burfi while Priyanka Chopra or Asin will play main female lead in the movie. It is known that Burfi will be a full-fledged comedy entertainer.

'Puli Veta' scheduled to release on Jan 15th 2011?

It is noted that well known production designer M.V. Gopala Rao has acquired the dubbing rights in telugu version of Layathalapathy Vijay's Vettaikaaran (2009), which was directed by B. Babusivan with Anushka as the heroine. It is currently being dubbed in Telugu as Puli Veta.
"Tamil version Vettaikaran was a big box office hit in Tamil Nadu. It almost collected Rs. 50 crores there. The dubbing work of Puli Veta is currently in progress. "Srihari played the role of a sincere police office in the film," Gopala Rao said. Dialogues are by Shashank Vennelakanti and the music is composed by Vijay Anthony and lyrics by Bhuvanachandra, Vennelakanti and Vanamali.

'Katti KanthaRao' gets U/A Certification

Comedy hero Allari Naresh's latest movie Katti Kantha Rao in the direction of his father E.V.V.Satyanarayana has got U/A certification from the Censor board. Allari Naresh, Kamna Jethmalani perfomed the lead pair role and as a part to come before audience it got censor permission with the said permission after some minor cuts. This film is going to be released on December 10th. This movie is produced by Eedara Srini and Eedpuganti Purnachandra Rao under Big B Productions banner.The movie also has other comedians like Ali, Venu Madhav, Dharmavarapu Subrahmaniam, M.S.Narayana, L.B.Sriram, Kondavalasa, Raghubabu, Kota Srinivasa Rao, Krishna Bhagawan etc,, .

Ragada postponed to 23rd December

Nagarjuna's Ragada was first scheduled for the release on 17th december but film sources are saying that it will be postponed for one week. As Venkatesh’s ”Nagavalli” is going to be released on December 16th producer of Ragada might have taken such decision and this is yet to be conformed by film makers..Keeping these release statistics aside “Ragada”‘s audio, released a couple of days back has been getting a positive response. Speaking about the movie, producer D.Siva Prasad Reddy said, “We have put maximum effort to make this movie. There have been no compromises made to get the best output. We are sure that Ragada will be up to the audience expectaions”. The camera work by Sarvesh Murari and Marthand Venkatesh is a big asset to the movie.
Nagarjuna, Anushka, Priyamani, Brahmanandam, Kota Srinivasa Rao, Dharmavarapu Subrahmanyam, Thanikella Bharani, Pradeep Rawat, Dev Gill, Sushant Singh etc..., form the main cast.

Prabhas as 'Rebel'

Get ready for December Bonanza

Its a great news for telugu audience . This december will host great number of movies including small and big films . The first movie to come before audience this december is RGV's controversial Raktha Charithra series-2. This movie is a continuation of the climax that was left for suspence in the audience. It was a nervous end in RC-1 that what would happen after? Now the suspense is going to break the silence on this Friday i.e on sunday 5th dec.
Next to this is the movie of Allari Naresh as Kathi Kantharao directed by his father E.V.V Satyanarayana and it is scheduled to release on Dec 10th.
The real fight begins in the third week of  December . Big releases are scheduled for 3rd week of this december, one of them is Venktesh's  Nagavalli. Venkatesh and Anushka in lead roles for this movie and is all set to release on 16th December.
Nagarjuna’s Ragada will be the next release. There is a scope in extension of  extending the release date to 23 rd dec?,  as Nagavalli may hit their revenues. The confirmation is yet to come from film makers.
There is Raviteja too joining the competition to  make this clash more interesting. Raviteja’s Mirapakay is slated for release on Dec 23rd.  Nagavalli has the upper hand as of now due to its content and genre. Ragada and Mirapakay more or less are of same genres and to conclude its all left to audience who will judge the performance and make a movie success.

Parama Veera Chakra update

Dasari Narayana Rao’s 150th  movie  and one of the prestigious movie in Tollywood is on a busy shooting schedule. Parama Veera Chakra starring Balakrishna shooting is in the final stages and it has C Kalyan as producer, Amisha Patel, Sheela and Neha Dhupia as heroines beside Balayya. Parama Veera Chakra is said to be a movie in the line of Dasari's previous hits with N.T.R like Sardar Paparayudu, Bobbili Puli. It focusses Balayya in Variety shades.Mani Sharma scores the music.  Music of the movie is scheduled to release in the second week of December. Parama Veera Chakra will be released for Sanktranti.

A.P's New Cabinet Ministers takes Oath at Raj Bhavan

The State 16th Chief Minister N.Kiran Kumar Reddy formed his team comprising of 39 ministers. These ministers took oath that they will discharge their duties for the welfare of public with Governor of A.P V.S.L Narasimhan. The swearing in of ministers
