Nitya Menon to pair with Hero Siddharth

New face to the tollywood industry Nitya Menon, who had made her debut with Ala Modalaindi has won applause from audience. She is not only an actor but can sing and dub for herself. Now Tollywood filmmakers are running after this talented girl at the moment. As a following Nitya Menon is grabbed in as heroine in Siddharth & Dil Raju’s movie O My Friend. O My Friend was launched formally with a pooja ceremony on Wednesday and the regular shooting starts on Feb 21.Venu Sriram is making his debut as director with this film.

Dongala Mutha - Five day Shooting launched

Controversial director Ram Gopal Varma’s null cost experimental directorial Dongala Mutha shooting started yesterday at Hyderabad. As said earlier the entire shooting of the film will be wrapped up with in 5days. The movie is scheduled for its release in the early March and to meet this deadline, RGV planning to complete the post-production works at the earliest possible.Ravi Teja, Prakash Raj, Charmi, Lakshmi Manchu, Supreet, Brahmanandam and Brahmaji are casting in the film. Dongala Mutha has 5 technicians including director Varma while Puri Jagnnadh and Harish Shankar are the co-directors of the film. RGV is planning to set a trade mark in Tollywood with this film by showing how shooting costs can be kept low and to keep the span of shooting schedule less with innovative technologies etc...

Shakti records 365 days shooting

Vastadu Naa Raju bags 'U certificate'

Manchu Vishnu’s Vastadu Naa Raju directed by debutant director Hemant Madhuka gotclean  U certification  from Censor Board. The movie is slated for release on 11th Feb.
Taapsee who had debuted with Manchu Manoj is pairing opposite Vishnu. It is produced by Manchu Vishnu under his own producton banner 24 Frames Factory.
Vastaadu Naa Raju earlier slated for release on feb 4th but went back with Jai bholo Telangana. By releasing on 11th feb it will now fight with Nagarjuna’s Gaganam.

Siddharth & Dil Raju's project to launch tommorow

Hero Siddharth’s new film with producer Dil Raju, which is their second movie combination after family entertainer Bommarillu is all set to see its launch tomorrow. The movie will be launched with a Pooja ceremony tomorrow while the regular shoot of the film commences from 21st February. Venu Sreeram will direct this project and it is his debut directorial in Tollywood. Siddarth ruled out the rumors that this film is titled O MY Friend and he stated that tittle of tis movie is yet to be decided.

Gaganam certified 'U' by Censor Board

Nagarjuna starrer Gaganam has bagged clean U certificate from the censor board. It completed its censor formalities today. Gaganam was directed by Radha Mohan and produced by Dil Raju. This movie is gearing up for its release on 11th February. The producer is planning to organize special shows of Gaganam in state wide on a day prior its release at major cities Hyderabad, Vizag, Rajahmundry and Vijayawada. The storyline of the film is based on the hijacking of an Indian Airlines Plane to Kandhahar in December 1999. Nagarjuna plays the role of commando in this movie. Other important characters of the film includes Brahmanandam, Poonam Kaur, Sana Khan, Harshavardhan,etc..,

PRP Merges With Congress Party

Today a historical event took place at the residence of AICC President Sonia Gandhi. Praja Rajyam Chief K.Chiranjeevi has decided to merge his party into INC(Indian National Congress) after the meeting with Sonia. Later chiranjeevi held a press meet along with Union Law Minister N. Veerappa Moily. Moily said that congress party whole-heartedly welcomes the decision of Chiranjeevi and he is the congress man from then onwards. While Chiru said that he's stick to the Principles for which his party was found i.e for Social Justice, Welfare of the Common Man and cause for Polavaram Project. He also added that this merger will give him a big platform to handle and address the issues of down trodden and backward people.

This development had raised new political equations in the state of Andhra Pradesh and it is interesting to see what will be the role that will be played by chiru in the shade of Congress. Some underground news gossip that he was offered with five minister posts as a treaty with congress. Now it seems that politics in AP got more interesting ever before. Krishna Vamsi to direct Gopichand ....
