National Institute of Health and Family Welfare is an Autonomous / Apex Technical Institute funded by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare for promoting Health and Family Welfare Programmes in the country through Education & Training, Research & Evaluation, specialized services, consultancy and advisory services. Institute has been entrusted by MOHFW, GOI as a Nodal Agency for Coordination of all the Training Activities in the country under the National Rural Health Mission – Reproductive and Child Health Programmes – II. The project is approved till 31.03.2012. Under the above project NIHFW has vacancies for certain posts of contractual staff.

• Sr. Consultant (Tech.): 01 Post
• Qualification: Ph.D in Public Health Admn./ Ph.D in Health Admn. / MD (PSM) /MD (CHA)
• Pay: Rs.65,000/- per month (consolidated)
• Sr. Consultant (Finance): 01 Post
• Qualification: CA/MBA (Fin) from recognized institute
• Pay: Rs.60,000/- per month (consolidated)

• Qualification: MBBS with MD (PSM) /MD (CHA) /MD (Com. Med.)/ MD/ MS(Ob.&Gy.)/ DGO/ MD (Paed.)/ DNB/ MPH from recognized medical institute
• Pay: Rs. 55,000/- per month (consolidated)
• Consultant (Finance): 01 Post
• Qualification: CA/MBA (Fin) from recognized institute
• Pay: Rs.40,000/- per month (consolidated)
• Consultant (Management): 01 Post
• Qualification: Master’s Degree in Personnel Management/ Health and Hospital Management/ MBA(HR) from a reputed recognized institute

• Qualification: Master’s in Statistics / Demography / Population Sciences from a recognized institute.
• Pay: Rs.40,000- per month (consolidated)

• Qualification: Masters in Social Work (MSW) / DPH / DHA / Diploma in health and hospital management / B.Sc.(Nursing) / Post Graduate degree or higher in Public Health Nutrition / Home Sciences

• Technical Assistant (B): 04 Posts
• Qualification: Graduate with Diploma in Computer Application / BCA, Shorthand speed 80 wpm (English) Typing speed 40 wpm (English)

• Qualification: B.Com(H)/B.Com, Knowledge of Tally
