It can lead to health disorders which are related to Heart, Knee Pains, kidney etc....  Main reason for Obesity is taking a lot of Food and Neglecting the Physical Fitness. Changes in Hormones also Leads to Obesity.
If the Person is Suffering from Obesity that will show affect on their Life Span. Compared to Normal Persons,  Obese persons Will face health related problems 6 times more. Mainly  Kidney related - Diseases, Nasal related, Diabetes, Back Ache can affect those persons with Obesity.

A Regular Exercise along with Lower in take of Food can Some What reduces the side effects due to Obesity. Diet should not contain High Amount of Fat, Oil, Sugar, Salt. Stop eating Junk foods, Cool drinks., Your Daily Diet should Contain Fruits, Vegetables. You can Reduce your Weight by following a Regular diet.
