Essentials Required :
Excellent communication Skills.
Basic Computer Knowledge.
Flexibility with time.
Experience : Freshers ( If you have experience of 6 months it will be an added advantage)
Job Description :
Attending Incoming & Outgoing calls with proper etiquettes and maintaining
records for them and direct the calls to the concerned person / extension
Greeting and assisting visitors and Guests.
Maintaining discipline in rushing hours.
Handling Telephonic and Walk-in enquiries
Being the mirror of the organization, to behave in a very professional manner and always acquiring the professional ethics.
