Rounds of interview at Campus premises:
Initially 4 rounds of interview will be held at your campus premises.
1 JAM (Just A Minute)
2 P.I.R
3 HR round
Shortlisted candidates have to attend the final rounds of interview at Client premises.
Rounds of Interview at Client Premises:
· Client - HR
· Project Manager round
JOB DESCRIPTION: -
Any Graduate with strong academic performance – Fresher’s
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Distinctive problem solving and analytical capabilities
Flexible to work in a fast-changing environment
Data management skills will be an added advantage
Responsibilities:
Would be working on different processes within the project.
Package: 1.68 Lacs CTC per anum, which is to say Rs.14,000 ctc per month and after deductions of ESI /PF /Insurance/ PT etc, an Associate will receive Rs,12,500 appromately in hand + transportation facility + Food Facility + Incentives based on performance. Shifts: Flexible to work in shifts (Both male & female )
Profile:
· Need to map the route for the Customers for different countries.
Requirement:
· Any graduate without any gaps in education
· Fresher’s and Experience will be considered.
· Should have good knowledge on computers.
· Should have good knowledge on the current affairs and happenings around the world.
· Should possess knowledge on Geographic Information System.
Salary:
Fresher’s: 14000 CTC per month- 1.68 lacs p.a
Experience: 16000 CTC per month – 1.92 lacs p.a
Should be flexible to work for any shifts
Shift details:
1st Shift: 8.00 am – 5.30 pm, 8 hours per day, 4 days a week.
2nd Shift: 5.30 pm – 1.30 am, 7 hours per day, 5 days a week.
3rd Shift: 8.00 am - 5.30 pm, need to work on Saturday and Sunday (they will get three days as an off on any weekdays may not be continuous offs)
Transportation: Pick and Drop facility to a common shuttle point.
