The Orissa Minerals Development Company (OMDC), part of Bird Group of Companies and subsidiary of Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited, and a PSU under the Ministry of Steel (Govt. of India), calls for applications from eligible Indian citizens belonging to SC, ST and OBC categories to fill up the following posts:
- Deputy General Manager (Mines) DPE-E-05) – 02 Posts
- Qualification: Degree in Mining Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute with 1st Class Mines Manager certificate of competency from DGMS.
- Age: 47 years as on 1st April 2011.
- Deputy General Manager (Finance & Accounts) (DPE-E-05) – 02 Posts
- Qualification: CA/ICWA. Candidates possessing MBA(Fin.) will have preference.
- Age: 47 years as on 1st April 2011.
- Deputy General Manager (Personnel) (DPE-E-05)-01 Post
- Qualification: Post graduate Degree in HR/IR or MBA with HR specialization from recognized University/Institute. Candidates possessing LLB will have preference.

- Qualification: Degree in Mechanical / Metallurgical Engineering from a recognized University/Institute. Candidates possessing MBA will have preference.

- Qualification: M.Sc.(Geology) from a recognized University/Institute.
