Jaundice - Cause,Precautions and Cure(Ayurvedic)
Jaundice is a disease related to Liver a big gland in human body. Liver plays a prominent role in digestion activity. It also generates Bile pigments/Particles which helps in dissolving cholestrol and store fat in galbladder.
Jaundice is categorised into three kinds
a)Viral Infective Hepititis
b) Obstruction of bile ducts
c) Heamolytic anaemia { This kind is observed due to blast of high amont of Red Blood Cells}.
Cause of Jaundice:
- Consuming Stale/Poisonted Food
- Drinking Contaminated water
- Consuming ice creams,cool drinks, etc,. which contain preservatives.
Through the above stated reasons the virus which cause Jaundice can enter human body and cause inflammation il liver which is said to be Jaundice.
Symptoms of Jaundice:
- Early symptoms are Fever
- Disillusioned
- Loosing interest in taking foo
- Turning of eyes and finger nails into Yellowish
- Passing Urine which will be yellowish in color
And Bile Pigments which are produced by liver will not be produced.How to control Jaundice ? : There is a Saying " Prevention is better than Cure". i.e
- Food,Water and Other Fluids which are hygenic must be consumed.
- consume butter milk with food
- Should consume non-acidic food
- Spicy food should be avoided
- Fluids such as Glucose water, Barely milk
- Fresh sugarcane juice, Coconut water is recommended.
Medicine in Ayurvedics to cure Jaundice :
1) Aleve (52-tablets) ; Dosage-(Morning and Evening each)
2) Aarogyavardanivati
3) Nirocil Dosage-(Morning and Evening each)
Note: Doctor Consultation is required in using medicine. The other two forms i.e Heamolytic anaemia , Obstruction of bile ducts require other curing methods.
