Notification issued for 13,000 Posts recently

Indian railways had issued a notification for recruitment of 13,000 posts in various zones and categories this year. The positions include Signal(Grade-2,Grade-3), Telecom Maintainer, Amateur Winder, Electrical Train Lighting, Electrical Fitter, Electrician, Diesel Electrical Fitter, Switch Board Attendant and Air Compression Driver, Crane Driver, Machine off set printing, Composing, Binding, Way Bridge, Hammer Man, Polisher, Trimmer, Moulder, S and T Workshop, Sheet Matter Worker, Building Constructor, Mason, Painter, Tool Fitter, Tool and Dye Maker, Turner, Piper Fitter, Plumber, PlantOperator, Motor Mechanic, Motor Truck Driver, Wagon Driver, Driver cum Mechanic, Engine Development, Compressor Driver, Truck Machine.  For Signal Grade Posts candidate must be B.SC(Physics) Passed or he must be Intermediate passed with Physics and Math’s as subjects.

What are the Job Types in Indian Railways?

There are two types i.e Gazetted and Non-Gazetted. Group A and B comes under Gazetted. Group C and D comes under Non-gazetted posts. Union Pubic service commission (UPSC) takes the responsibility for recruiting Groupa-A posts. The recruitment for Group-B posts from Group-C posts will be based on Promotions. Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) Recruits Group-C and D posts in Non-gazetted cadre by zone wise. Group C and D posts will be two types one is Technical and the other is Non-Technical. The exams which are conducted basing on 10th and Normal degree come under Non-Technical.


From Tenth to Medicine:

With 10th as a qualification one can get jobs like Train Clerk/Goods Clerk/ Coaching Clerk/ Ticket Collector/ Commercial Clerk/Railway Protection  Force(RPSF) Constable and jobs which come under Group-D like Trackmen, Gatekeeper, Helper, Safaiwala, Peon, Hamali, Kalasi, Porter etc.

For ITI Candidates, they can get some jobs in Group-D posts or as Assistant Loco pilot.

For Candidates who complete Diploma, they will get a Job as Junior Engineer.

Recruitment Procedure:
This procedure varies from job to job. Normally written test, Aptitude Test, Physical Test, Viva Test Topics will be there in recruitment process. They will ask questions on topics like General Knowledge, General Intelligence, General English, and Analytical Ability. You will get questions about the Topics According to your Qualification. The Exam Pattern/Question Level will be there according to the said qualification. There will be Negative Marking.

When we look closely on Category wise of Selection Procedure:

For Safety Category Posts like Probationary Assistant, Assistant Station Master, and Assistant Loco pilot has Two Phase of selection procedure one is written test and the other is Aptitude test. They will recruit only when the concerned person achieves merit.
For Non-Technical category posts like Clerks, Traffic and Commercial Apprentice, Junior Accounts, Enquiry cum Reservation Assistants also has two phase of selection procedure. They will confirm recruitment which will be based on Merit achieved in 2nd Phase. Clerical Cadre must qualify in Typing Test.
For the Technical cadre posts like Section Engineer, Junior Engineer, Technicians, Paramedical, written test will be conducted at the same time.
Rajbhasha Assistants will be recruited by written test and qualifying Translation test.
For the Junior Stenographer Posts there will be a two phase selection procedure, one is written test and the other is Shorthand test.
For the posts like Teachers, Law Assistants, Physiotherapist, Telephone Operators, First a written test will be conducted and then thereafter the candidates will be selected which is based on Interviews.

Group A Posts:

With this exam there is a chance for completing your Mechanical Engineering Degree for free. After the completion of the course you can get Class-1 level Job in Railways. In the Course tenure they will provide training in London for one year. Birla Institute of Technology (BIT) Mesra, awards a Mechanical Engineering certificate for you. Selection will be based on Written test and Interview procedure. Qualification: Inter (MPC) passed with 50% of marks. Written Test: There will be 3 papers for 600 Marks. Paper-1 - General Ability Test, Paper-2 - Physical Science, Paper-3 - Math’s. 200 Marks for each paper. 200 Marks will be allotted for Interview.

How to Prepare for Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) (Assistant Commandants) Examination

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) - New Delhi has released a notification for Central Armed Police Forces Exam in order to fulfill 401 Assistant Commandment Cader Posts in Different central police departments. All these Posts belong to Group A category only. In the Police Department Assistant Commandant post is the second most important position after IPS. Status, Attractive Salary, Best facilities will be provided upon getting this Job. Presently the aspirants who are getting ready for SI Jobs can easily face this exam also. Armed Police Forces Examination - 2012 Details

Eligibility: Any Graduate, Must meet the prescribed Physical Standards.
Age: Should be 20 - 25 yrs. Age Relaxation will be there according to the Terms.
Date of Examination: November 11, 2012.
How to Apply: Have to Apply on Online. The last date for Online Registration is: August 27, 2012.

Selection Procedure: Will be based according on Written Test, Physical Tests, Medical Tests and Interview.
Note: Only Male Candidates are Eligible for BSF and ITBP Posts., Even Female Candidates Can also apply for CRPF, CISF, SSB Posts.

Written Test: Written Test will Consist of Two papers. Paper 1 and Paper 2 respectively. They will conduct the exam on the same day i.e one in the morning and the other in the Afternoon. Questions will be asked in English and Hindi Languages. In the Paper 1 questions will be for 250 Marks asked on General Ability and Intelligence subjects. In Paper 2 They will ask Questions for 200 Marks on General Studies, Essay, and Comprehension.

You have to score minimum qualify marks in each paper. If you got the qualify marks in Paper-1 then only they will move to Paper-2 for Evaluation. There will be Negative Marking for wrong answers marked by a candidate.


Physical Efficiency Test:
Physical Efficiency Tests will be Conducted for the candidates who have passed in Written test.

Medical Tests will be conducted for the candidates who will pass in Physical Efficiency tests. Interviews will be conducted for the candidates who will pass in Medical Tests. The Interview/Personality Test will carry 150 Marks.. The merit list will  be drawn on the basis of marks obtained by the candidates in the Written Examination and Interview/Personality Test.

Preparation:

Paper 1: In this few questions will be asked on Mathematics and Different Social elements to know the candidates General awareness. For this you have to read 8,9,10th class Text books of Maths, Science and Social studies of NCERT.
Questions regarding on Current Affairs will be asked in Paper-1. To face this questions you have to know about the famous persons who got awards in Arts, Music, Poetry and Games.  Should know the Main Agreements which happened between different countries. Mainly you should know about all the Agreements between India and the other nations. Have to remember the Main Events which happened around the Globe.

You can easily recognize the answers for Politics, Economy, Geography if you read NCERT High school social books and concerned subjects of NCERT 11th and 12th class books.

To answer questions for reasoning which will be asked in Mental Ability and the Aptitude questions you have to buy the concerned books which will be available in the market.

You can be able to answer the questions for General science questions if you read the latest developments mainly on IT, Bio Technology, and Environment related subjects.

Paper-2: You have to write the Essay questions in Part-A in this Paper. To write the Answers for this questions you have to read the books of 8,9,10th social studies and the Subjects of 11,12th classes(Economy, Geography, Politics, History) thoroughly. You should practice writing essay by choosing one Topic daily. Don't write everything which you know for the questions what they asked. Write within the topic. If that topic contains Popular quotations and Calculations please add them. If that topic has latest developments add them also then the Essay will be Perfect. Students should allot more time for the Essay preparation. They have to master the Grammar skills, construction of a sentence to score good marks.

Part-B contains comprehension, Grammar...Like this the questions will be asked to know your proficiency in English language. Read some good English grammar book. Practice daily writing Grammar, constructing sentences, comprehension etc( Mainly focus on Synonyms, Antonyms, Articles, Prepositions, Verbs and Tenses..).

Physical Efficiency Test:

The physical efficiency test of Assistant Commandant will be some what easier than the Sub Inspector exam which will be conducted state wide. But you should prepare for physical efficiency test from now onwards along with exam preparation. Try running 100 Meters race daily 3 times and 800 Meters race for 3 times. Check after one month that how much time are you able to run. It is wrong to think to run a distance in the given time. Then you have to face problems physically.

Practice Long Jump, Short Put from now onwards. These too are easy goals. It is not so hard to achieve the wanted goals for your examination in one month if you set short term goals and keep on practicing. Practice long jump on the Land which have enough sand.

Interview:

In Interview they will know your Mental Ability. You have to know the basic knowledge of BSF, CISF, SSB, CRPF, ITBP. Should know thoroughly about what service you chose. There is a chance for asking question related to Police Deparment and Defece field. So get the basic knowledge about these areas. If you are honest and giving answers perfectly it is easy to score good marks in Interview.

Syllabus Overview:

Paper I : General Ability and Intelligence


The objective type questions with multiple choices in this paper will broadly cover the following areas:
1. General Mental Ability
The questions will be designed to test the logical reasoning, quantitative aptitude
including numerical ability, and data interpretation.

2. General Science
The questions will be set to test general awareness, scientific temper, comprehension and appreciation of scientific phenomena of everyday observation
including new areas of importance like Information Technology, Biotechnology, Environmental Science.

3. Current Events of National and International Importance:
The questions will test the candidates’ awareness of current events of national and international importance in the broad areas of culture, music, arts, literature, sports, governance, societal and developmental issues, industry, business, globalisation, and interplay among nations.

4. Indian Polity and Economy:
The questions shall aim to test candidates’ knowledge of the Country’s political system and the Constitution of India, social systems and public administration,
economic development in India, regional and international security issues and human rights including its indicators.

5. History of India :
The questions will broadly cover the subject in its social, economic and political aspects. This shall also include the areas of growth of nationalism and freedom
movement.

6. Indian and World Geography:
The questions shall cover the physical, social and economic aspects of geography pertaining to India and the World.

Paper II : General Studies, Essay and Comprehension


Part-A – Essay questions which are to be answered in long narrative form either in Hindi or English totalling 80 Marks. The indicative topics are modern Indian history especially of the freedom struggle, geography, polity and economy, knowledge of security and human rights issues, and analytical ability.

Part-B – Comprehension, précis writing, other communications/language skills – to be attempted in English only (Marks 120) – The topics are Comprehension passages, précis writing, developing counter arguments, simple grammer and other aspects of language testing.

Director Rajamouli's Future Plans

Rajamouli now entirely focused on expanding his market. He got national wide recognition with Eega and became a star in Tamil nadu with Naan ee. That is why now he is planning to release his further movies in Tamil also. Now he is planning to do a Bilingual movie.

It is now clear that he is not making a movie with Rajanikanth. Rajamouli clarified that "Though I am interested in doing a movie with Rajanikanth Sir. He didn't asked me to prepare a story" However, he hinted that there are some plans to work with Surya in future.

"Surya also wants to work with me, But it doesn't happen until many factors matches" he said. Wholly, it is evident he is making arrangements to expand his empire in Telugu as well as Tamil.

His next venture with Prabhas has been confirmed. We have to see whether he makes straight film separately in Tamil or it will get dubbed.

Pawan's Panjaa as "Jai" in Tamil

We all know that Pawan Kalayan's "Panjaa" was not upto the mark in Telugu. Now this movie is going to be released in Tamil as "Jai". At first they've decided to keep the title as "Kuri" but later changed it "Jai". I.A internation is releasing this movie Tamil as Vishnuvardhan has nice success rate in Tamil and Pawan also has nice fan following there. The movie completed it's dubbing work. Audio will be released on 12th i.e Today in chennai. We have to wait and see how it will entertain the Tamil Audience.

It is heard that Sukumar had planned Mahesh introduction scene in an Extra-ordinary way. "Mahesh in rain at slow-motion" will be picturised. Same shot had been planned earlier on NTR's "Ashok" movie by director surender reddy. This action block turned as highlight for that movie. It is heard that Cameraman Ratnavelu will also repeat the same magic for this scene. Devi sri prasad scoring music for the first time for Mahesh movie. Producer Kumar Taurani buys rights of Arya,Souryam and Don Seenu

We all know that Telugu, Tamil movies has so much craze in Bollywood. Soon three Tollywood hit movies are going to be remade in Bollywood. In that Allu Arjun's Arya is one and the other is Raviteja's Don seenu. Along with these movies Gopichand's Souryam also going to be remade. Saif ali khan or Akshay kumar may act in Don Seenu Remake. Kumar Taurani bought rights of these three hit films. We may expect these remake movies in coming future.
