• Qualification: Degree in Law (Min.3 years course) 
• Deputy Manager - HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment): 17 Posts
• Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc.–Engg (Mechanical/Electrical/ Fire Engineering/Industrial Safety)
• Deputy Manager - Sector Specialist (Lubes-R & D): 02 Posts
• Qualification: B.E/B.Tech./ B.Sc.–Engg (M.E/M.Tech. desirable) in Mechanical/ Production/ Automobile/ Chemical Engineering.
• Deputy Manager-Sector Specialist (Lubes-Technical Services): 03 Posts
• Qualification:  B.E / B.Tech./ B.Sc.–Engg (M.E/M.Tech. desirable) in Mechanical/ Production/ Automobile/ Chemical Engineering
• Deputy Manager-Lubes- R&D (Rigs): 01 Post
• Qualification: B.E / B.Tech./B.Sc. – Engg in Mechanical Engineering/ (M.E/M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Tribology or Machine Tool Design is desirable)
