NIAB invites applications for filling up various technical and administrative positions

 

National Institute of Animal Biotechnology (NIAB); is an autonomous institute under the aegis of Department of Biotechnology, Government of India. The Institute aims at translational research leading to genetic enhancement of Livestock and development of novel vaccines, diagnostics and improved therapeutic molecules for farm animals. 

NIAB invites applications from suitably qualified, dynamic; result oriented and dedicated candidates for filling up various technical and administrative positions. As per the Notification Details are given below: 

• Technical Officers – Total 4 Posts {Pay Scale: PB-2 RS. 9,300 – 34,800 + Grade Pay: RS. 4,200/- | Age Limits: Max 28 Years | Essential Qualifications: B.Sc. / B.E. / BVSC / B. Pharm with experience in relevant areas like instrumentation / animal farm maintenance / Engineering / IT / Cell / Microbial culture maintenance etc.} 

• Senior Manager – Total 01 Post {Pay Scale: RS. 15,600-39,100/- + Grade Pay: RS. 5,400 | Age Limits: Max 40 Years | Essential Qualifications: Graduate with post graduate diploma in HRD / Personnel Management or MBA from a Recognized institute / University with experience in administration establishment / accounts / stores / purchases} 

• Manager/ Stores / Estate – Total 01 Post {Pay Scale: RS. 9,300-34,800 + Grade Pay: RS. 4,600/- | Age Limits: Max 35 Years | Essential Qualifications: Graduate preferably with P.G. Diploma in Materials Management with experience in stores / purchases, keeping accounts in stores} 

• Manager-Office (Accounts) – Total 01 Post {Pay Scale: RS. 9,300-34,800 + Grade Pay: RS. 4,600/- | Age Limits: Max 35 Years | Essential Qualifications: Graduate in Commerce with specialization in finance from a recognized institute / University with experience in Finance and Accounts division} 

• Service & Maintenance Engineer – Total 01 Post {Pay Scale: RS. 9,300-34,800 + Grade Pay: RS. 4,600/- | Age Limits: Max 35 Years | Essential Qualifications: Graduate in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institute / University with experience in maintenance of HT/LT electrical equipment / air-conditioning equipment / Buildings} 

• PA to Director – Total 01 Post {Pay Scale: RS. 9,300-34,800 + Grade Pay: RS. 4,200/- Age Limits: Max 35 Years | Essential Qualifications: Graduate with Diploma in Office Administration & Computer applications, Typewriting Higher with a speed of 50 WPM with experience in secretarial works} 

Application Fee: DD for an amount of RS. 100/- only for General & OBC Candidates (No Fee for SC/ST & women Candidates), shall be drawn in favour of National Institute of Animal Biotechnology payable at Hyderabad
