Application forms alongwith “Detailed Instructions” containing qualifications etc.
can be had either from Form Sale Counter, Panjab University, Chandigarh, on payment
of 375/-(General Category)/ 150/-(SC/ST Category) for Class ‘A’ posts at Sr. No. 1
to 5, 250/-(General Category)/ 100/- (SC/ST Category) for Class ‘B’ posts at Sr. No
6 to 12 and 50/-(General Category/ 25/-(SC/ST Category) for Class ‘C’ posts at Sr.
No.13 to 25 or from the Assistant Registrar (Estt.), by sending a crossed account payee
bank draft payable at Chandigarh of the same amount in favour of the Registrar,
Panjab University, Chandigarh, accompanied by self-addressed stamped envelope
(worth Rs. 30/-) of 30 cm x 12 cm.
In addition to this, for the candidates applying for the post of Clerk and Clerk cum
Data Entry Operator and Peon/Common Room Attendant /Gate Attendant
/Attendant & Beldar there shall be Examination fee as follows. The examination fee is
payable alongwith application form through a demand draft in favour of Registrar,
Panjab University, Chandigarh:-
(i) 500/-and 250 for General and SC/ST candidates respectively for post
of Clerk and Clerk cum Data Entry Operator at Sr. No. 10
(ii) 250/- and 125/- for General and SC/ST candidates respectively for
post of Peon, Common Room Attendant/Gate Attendant /Attendant &
Beldar at Sr. No.13,16 and 17
Reservation: Reservation will be given as per P.U. Rules.
Advertisement and application forms along with detailed instructions for the
candidates are also available on Website: puchd.ac.in. Those who download the
application forms from the website may submit the same along with the crossed a/c
payee bank draft of the requisite amount (i.e. cost of form + examination fee if
applicable).
