JOB DESCRIPTION

• Exposure to Work flow systems and Entering data into ERP application from scanned invoices.
• Performing online checks as specified
• Resolving Issues via email, looking why the invoice is not processed.
• Critically evaluating the items in rework and drive learning to avoid misclassifications
• Resolving payment related issues & exceptions
• Vendor Helpdesk - Handling different issues with vendors & resolving the outstanding invoices.
• Responsible for communicating with the business (email/call) on results from customer screening activity and follow up with the business/supplier to get resolutions.

PRIMARY SKILLS

• Good knowledge of MS Excel
• Ability to solve problems as the person will have to interact with different stakeholders within the organization
• Good analytical skills & Customer Centric
• Team Player, Excellent executioner of tasks

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Graduate in any stream (Freshers may apply)
