Raviteja is one of the most bankable stars in Telugu cinema that has been labeled as the minimum guarantee hero. Of late his films are not living up to the reputation and he has to prove his mettle with Daruvu to clear all the doubts about him. However, it is not going to be easy going for him as there is so much competition at the moment.
Currently Gabbar Singh is on fire and has been toppling all the records. Chances are unlikely for the film to slow down in two weeks say trade experts. So Raviteja's film will have to sustain the heat of Gabbar Singh to make an impression. But that isn't easy at all. Remember, Raviteja's Anjaneyulu was released when Magadheera was in full flow.
Despite an average content, Anjaneyulu ended up as a big loser. Is that going to repeat again for Daruvu? And making the things even troublesome, Rajamouli's Eega is slated for release on 30th May, which is exactly five days away from Daruvu release date. Let's see if Raviteja could pull off a hit amidst severe competition or not?
