If you are employed then most probably you spend your time in front of a computer and you could be prey to chronic ailments. If you have a radiating pain throughout your body then definitely it is due to sitting position in front of computer. The reason for your back-pain might be because of the posture. The wrong posture results in back, neck and shoulder pain. In order to get rid of such pain problems we shall see how to handle these posture related issues.
1. If you are new in the office and don’t have experience of sitting infront of computer for long then from the beginning only you have to sit in right posture. For this, you have to sit straight and erect on the seat/chair and always keep your shoulders stable.
2. Support your seating posture with a soft pillow or rolled towel, which will keep your back straight. Always lean on the backside so that your back remains attached to the chair and always strive to sit erectly. Be in this position for some time and then relax.
3. Always sit at the hand’s length from the screen of the computer. Fold your knees at a proper angle and strive not to sit with the legs crossed. Keep your legs straight on the floor and sit in such a position that your eyes are at the same level of the computer screen, neither above the screen nor below it.
