Supreme Court Anger over UP Cops for putting 10 Year old Rape victim behind bars

Supreme court today vented anger upon UP Police for allegedly putting 10 year girl rape victim behind bars. Supreme court took this case as a sumoto and served notices to UP government. Supreme issued orders to Up govt to give full report on this incident by Monday.
