Job Description :
PHP Software Trainees / Quality Analysts (Walk in interviews 10 AM – 4 PM, 25 Dec 2013 – 11th Jan 2014)
Fresh MCA / BCA / B.TECH or BSC / BCOM graduates in
any discipline can apply for this position. No prior exposure or
training in software programming is required (but is desirable /
preferred) and company will train from basic level.
The current positions are for PHP,
Drupal, WordPress and Javascript / Jquery programming skills with RDBMS
as MySQL 5.x. Comprehensive foundation training will be provided as per
company skill matrix for the initial 2-4 weeks and the candidate is then
allocated on a live project along with an experienced programmer to
learn skills by doing the work under guidance.
There is a starting salary of Rs. 8000 and this increases as the candidate achieves various levels of certification.
The candidate is expected to build the
full range of skills including HTML (Photoshop / Dreamweaver),
Javascript / JQuery, CSS, AJAX, SQL and stored procedures.

The contract period is 2 years.

Option Matrix, Hyderabad is looking to recruit 4 software trainees who will be trained in respective specialization with expertise in object oriented web application development with knowledge of engineering standards to ensure performance, scalability, readability, modularity and security. The individual is expected to lead small projects over a period of time with master folder maintenance / live server updates. The trained candidate would above all have strong programming skills and will have led at least 5 medium sized full life cycle projects over 2 years in our company. This role will contribute in formulating the screen design for the project, preparation of class diagram, program design, module by module programming and unit testing. The projects cover functional areas like e-commerce, workflow automation, inventory control, order processing, content management, purchasing, warehousing and operations planning among others. The solutions are designed around open source technologies. Both web and native applications may be assigned but most of all our projects are web based projects. This role requires skills like database design and object oriented architecture in n-tier architecture. The candidate is expected to have high pro-activity and self learning ability.
