Remote Support Engineer

Job Payroll : Offered candidates will be working on permanent payroll with Trigent Software Ltd and deployed to work at client location.

Qualification :

Eligibility Criteria :
- BE/ BTech (Any stream) / BCA / BSc (CS) / MCA from 2013 batch can apply
-  Should have cleared all semester exams (no backlogs).
- The candidates should have excellent communication skills.

Experience : 0-1 Years (with computer or technical educational background)

Mandatory Skills : Excellent Communication Skills

Job Description :
Fundamental Technical knowhow on system trouble shooting, few prominent knowledge areas are:
- Microsoft Windows Operating Systems (9X, NT, 2000, XP)
- Microsoft Office
- Network Connectivity
- Print Services
- E-Mail and Internet mail
- Familiar with Lotus Notes and MS Outlook email clients.
Excellent communication skills, with neutral accent.
Excellent written communication skills with email etiquettes.
