Kavuri on Thursday morning reached Manmohan singh residence and handed over his resignation letter. His letter mentioned that, he disappointed by the bifurcation issue and they kept on pending the Ordinance of Polavaram affected areas. Although he took this matter to the prime minister, he didn't respond. Kavuri Samaba siva rao asserted that he will continue to serve in congress party.
