- Exposure to Work flow systems and Entering data into ERP application from scanned invoices.
- Performing online checks as specified
- Resolving Issues via email, looking why the invoice is not processed.
- Critically evaluating the items in rework and drive learning to avoid misclassifications
- Resolving payment related issues & exceptions
- Vendor Helpdesk - Handling different issues with vendors & resolving the outstanding invoices.
- Responsible for communicating with the business (email/call) on results from customer screening activity and follow up with the business/supplier to get resolutions.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Ability to solve problems as the person will have to interact with different stakeholders within the organization
