It was another tough time for telugu cine industry over title war after Khaleja.Director Gunashekar had cried foul at film chamber of commerce to give back his title and do justice for him.Surpassing the issue of Gunashekar title rights, Kalyan ram didn't step back to give up the Kathi title. The issue remained burning few days but it seems now that Gunashekar had finally fed up with it and decided to bare the injustice done to him.
Gunasekhar so far claimed the title ‘ Kathi’ but Film Chamber failed to favour him as NTR Arts registered the title with a different name as ‘ Kalyanram Kathi’.
He tried to manage elders of the film industry to change the logo of the film ,redsign word ‘ Kathi’ against in big letters and design small prefix size but it went vain. Gunasekhar talking to the media on Wednesday night said, ‘ I respect the Nandamuri family a lot. I introduced NT Rama Rao as a junior artist in ‘Ramayanam’ . I never expected such a ill treatement from such a great family. The entire film industry didn't respond on this title issue, though I registered my upcoming film with Raviteja with the title ‘Katti’ . I don’ t want to make this matter a quarrel by approaching court for justice because of my respect towards Nandamuri's.
