Candidate Profile:

Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Must also be good thinkers, with an ability to articulate thought process well in individual meetings as well as larger team meetings, knowing not only the art of “know-how”, but also “know-when”, especially in dealings with related stakeholders such as customers, partners, vendors and fellow team members.
Must have the ability to work in a rapidly changing technology industry, yet adapt to the slower pace of adoption in the defence and aviation sector where proven quality is paramount.
Must have a positive attitude and display maturity in understanding that organizational goals and objectives take precedence to individual goals and objectives.
Must have the ability to multi-task with poise and grace. Must be able to self manage stress. Be responsible and accountable and work with minimal supervision.
Job Description:
Knowledge/experience in C programming & Linux Kernel BSP/Device Drivers
Good understanding of various device protocols like Mil-STD 1553B, ARINC 429, RS422, etc.
Strong understanding of Linux Kernel Internals & Scheduling, Memory management, Process, synchronization, signals, system calls, different kernel subsystems of PCI bus, USB, etc.
Knowledge/experience in communication interfaces and protocols built around Serial, Synchronous, Asynchronous, Ethernet, USB, Wireless platforms.
Familiarity with communication interfaces such as ARINC and MIL 1553B will be a huge plus.
Expert level skill in Digital & Analog circuitry design. Experience with RF and Micro-wave circuits will be a huge plus
Expert level skill in EDA / CAD / Simulation and Modelling / CAE tools deployed for circuit / FPGA and system implementation. Expertise in Hardware Design Languages like VHDL will be a huge plus.
Knowledge/experience in multi-layered board level hardware architecture and design, development and systems engineering complying with Industrial, MIL and airborne standards.
