JOB IDENTIFICATION :
Should be able to do Installation, maintenance and trouble shooting of Windows based operating system (Windows XP, Windows 2003 server, Windows 2008 server, Windows 2012 server, Windows 7,Windows 8).
Should be able to do configuration and maintenance of Ms-Outlook, Wireless Routers, Switches etc.
Should have knowledge on Data Backup & should have dealt with data storage devices like DVD-R & External HDD in a networked environment..
Strong knowledge on configuring and maintaining Hardware.
