BE(CS),B-TECH(IT) BE (ECE)+MBA

Over 70% in any of the 3 academics and no standing arrears.

If selected you will have to Sign with us, Employment Bond Agreement for a period of 2 years.

JOB Profile :
SOC team review, Daily Service issues review and escalation.
Coordinate with required team to closure in specified SLA.
Present Analytics report on SOC performance on weekly basis to Senior Mgmt, Interact with Client team in terms of escalation and support required for achieving TAT and customer satisfaction.
