Indian Govt to Ban the Usage of Private E-mail Services in Govt offices?

In order to secure information Indian govt may ban the usage of E-mail services like Gmail, Yahoo and others. This rule may come into effect from December. As per this rule government the state and government employees should use special e-mail service designed by "National Informatics Center (NIC)".

Up to now government offices are relying on important e-mail services like Gmail, yahoo. So, hackers taking this as an advantage and stealing the precious information by injecting the viruses in to their mails. To reduce the stealing of information Department of Electronics and Information Technology recently designed a separate bill to eradicate the cyber crimes. Government deciding to To bring into effect after taking the feedback from other ministry departments.
