Salary And Terms :
Salary would be Rs.10,000/- per month
The salary would be split into 70% fixed component and 30% variable component of which the variable component would be paid on the basis of performance that would be evaluated monthly.
There would be a 1 yr agreement with the candidates on commitment part and if the candidate is leaving prior to this one year the candidate would have to pay a compensation of Rs.1 lakh to the firm.
